Sitaragem offers a wide variety of Jewelry services, from creating a beautiful ring to keeping your Sitaragem jewellery looking its best.
If you would like to use any of the service below, Please use our Customer Service Center and submit a "Support Ticket" with category "Jewelry Services". Please include relevant details so we can give you an accurate quote on the work needed. You will receive an authorization number and estimate for the work to be completed.
Once an authorization number has been received, simply fill out the Jewelry Services Form below and send us your jewelry item(s) for servicing. A service representative will contact you once we receive the item(s) and confirm all the details with you.

Engravings
Sitaragem offers a personalized touch to any piece of jewelry by engraving it for you. We do inside ring engraving for a minimal charge (this charge is usually $25 - $35 CAD but varies depending on the piece and the allotted characters). Please remember to include the order number and exact spelling of the engraved message. A customer service representative will contact you with availability and pricing. Engraving can take up to 5 business days to complete.
