


Exchanges
Sitaragem is committed to providing superior products and service to our customers. We offer a 30-day Exchange* period on our Jewellery and a 14-day exchange* period for our Loose Gemstones. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, follow the instructions below to exchange your items.

Return Instructions
Step 1. Contact Us. You must contact Sitaragem for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #).
For your RMA #, please use our Customer Support Center for fast and easy correspondence. Select "Submit a Support Ticket" and choose "RMA Request - Exchanges" for your category. Be sure to give your invoice number and reason for return.
Step 2. A representative will be in contact with you with all the required forms and information to send back your item(s).

Merchandise returned is the responsibility of the sender until it is signed for by Sitaragem. Sitaragem is not responsible for return items lost or damaged while shipping.
Our laboratory will inspect and verify the condition of the item once we receive the return. Exchanges usually take 4-8 business days to process upon receipt of the item.

- The original Sitaragem tag must still be on the item in order for an exchange to be processed.
- Returns without a valid Authorization number (RMA #) will be returned back to sender.
- The protective seal must not be broken or removed from the gemstone packaging in order for an exchange to be processed.
- Custom orders, Special orders and engraved items cannot be exchanged and are Final Sale.
- Exchanges are excluded from our free shipping policy. A shipping fee will be due before exchanges are shipped back.
- A straight exchange can be made if an item is of equal value. If an item is of greater value, please contact us for payment information. If an item is of lesser value then the original purchase, a credit amount will be issued to their Sitaragem Account. Credits have no expiry and can be used on any regular or sale item.
- Sitaragem is not responsible for Shipping, handling and insurance charges for shipping the exchange item back to us.
- Items showing signs of excessive wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized (by a jeweler other than Sitaragem), or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for exchange.
- We will not accept any exchanges that have customs fees. The exchange will be refused and sent back to sender.
- Any jewellery items received after the 30 day refund period (14 days for loose gemstones) will not be accepted for exchange.
