If you would like to use any of the service below, Please use our Customer Service Center and submit a "Support Ticket" with category "Jewelry Services". Please include relevant details so we can give you an accurate quote on the work needed. You will receive an authorization number and estimate for the work to be completed.
Once an authorization number has been received, simply fill out the Jewelry Services Form below and send us your jewelry item(s) for servicing. A service representative will contact you once we receive the item(s) and confirm all the details with you.

Gemstone Setting
We offer a full professional gemstone setting service. If you have a ring in desperate need of a gemstone replacement or an empty ring setting and would like to bring it to life with our incredible SitaraGem®, Send us your ring or settings and we have your ring completed and transformed into something beautifully stunning.
When you purchase a loose SitaraGem® from us, the setting labor is complimentary. You only pay for shipping and a nominal fee for materials.
