Please include relevant details so we can give you an accurate quote on the work needed. You will receive an authorization number and estimate for the work to be completed.
Once an authorization number has been received, simply fill out the Jewelry Services Form below and send us your jewelry item(s) for servicing. A service representative will contact you once we receive the item(s) and confirm all the details with you.

Jewelry Repairs
If your Sitaragem Jewelry needs to be repaired we offer a full repair service including re-rhodium coating, prong repair, and all other general refurbishments. We always provide a quotation before proceeding with the repair and all work done is covered by a 30-day Warranty on our workmanship.
