Please include relevant details so we can give you an accurate quote on the work needed. You will receive an authorization number and estimate for the work to be completed.
Once an authorization number has been received, simply fill out the Jewelry Services Form below and send us your jewelry item(s) for servicing. A service representative will contact you once we receive the item(s) and confirm all the details with you.

To ensure years of brilliance from your jewelry items you should regularly clean, polish and inspect your jewelry.
If your SitaraGem® jewelry becomes scratched or coated with impurities such as soap, detergents, dirt and oils and you cannot bring the brilliance back no matter what you do, then you know its time you jewelry is in serious need of a deep cleaning. We offer professional ultrasonic and steam cleaning, and high speed polishing to remove scratches and buff the luster back into the metals.
