Sitaragem offers a wide variety of Jewelry services, from creating a beautiful ring to keeping your Sitaragem jewellery looking its best.
If you would like to use any of the service below, Please use our Customer Service Center and submit a "Support Ticket" with category "Jewelry Services". Please include relevant details so we can give you an accurate quote on the work needed. You will receive an authorization number and estimate for the work to be completed.
Once an authorization number has been received, simply fill out the Jewelry Services Form below and send us your jewelry item(s) for servicing. A service representative will contact you once we receive the item(s) and confirm all the details with you.

Ring Sizing
We offer sizing for 14k, 18k Gold and Platinum rings. If you are unsure of your exact ring size you can simply have it checked at any local jeweler or use our printable ring sizer. If your ring is within the 14-day purchase period and only requires a 1/2 size (up or down), please see our Ring Sizing Returns for your complimentary sizing*. Note, Eternity rings and most rings with side-stones cannot be re-sized.
