Gemstone Warranty
Sitaragem provides a Lifetime Warranty* for every genuine SitaraGem® gemstone. The Warranty covers the replacement of any genuine SitaraGem® that has optically altered in brilliance, cracked or chipped under normal wear. In the unlikely event that these properties alter in a SitaraGem® gemstone, a gemstone replacement will be issued at no charge to the original purchaser. We may replace the gemstone with the closest size, color and cut available at the time of replacement.
While SitaraGem® gemstones are extremely durable, like all precious gemstones, they are not indestructible. Therefore, care and proper precautions should be taken to avoid damaging your SitaraGem®. Please see our Care and Cleaning pages, for details helpful tips.
Jewelry Warranty
When you buy your jewelry from Sitaragem, you buy with confidence. Perfection and creating beautiful works of art is our goal and therefore we Guarantee their workmanship. All our jewelry is covered by a 30-day Warranty* against manufacturer defects. Sitaragem will repair or replace the item that is under warranty, at Sitaragem’s discretion. If for any reason the item in question has been updated or discontinued, we can offer a replacement with a similar item or issue a store credit towards another in-stock item of equal or greater value.
