


Warranty Returns
Sitaragem is committed to providing superior products and service to our customers. That is why, we offer a Lifetime Warranty* on our SitaraGem® and 30-day manufactures Warranty* on our Jewelry. In the unlikely event that the optical properties have altered, cracked or chipped on your genuine SitaraGem from normal wear, please follow the return instructions below.
Please see our Cleaning Page before sending any jewelry or gemstone to us. Our warranty provides coverage for defects in manufacturing only (based upon our inspection and sole determination) and expressly excludes coverage for excessive wear and tear and/or physical/accidental abuse, loss and theft. Our warranty is valid only at Sitaragem. Improper repair or warranty service performed by someone other than Sitaragem will void this warranty

Return Instructions
Step 1. Contact Us. You must contact Sitaragem for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #).
For your RMA #, please use our Customer Support Center for fast and easy correspondence. Select "Submit a Support Ticket" and choose "RMA Request - Warranty Returns" for your category. Be sure to give your invoice number and reason for return.
Step 2. A representative will be in contact with you with all the required forms and information to send back your item(s).

Merchandise returned is the responsibility of the sender until it is signed for by Sitaragem. Sitaragem is not responsible for return items lost or damaged while shipping.
Our laboratory will inspect and verify the condition of the item once we receive the return. Repairs usually take 8-10 business days to process upon receipt of the item, but the actual time will depend on the work needed.

- Items showing signs of excessive wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized (by a jeweler other than Sitaragem), or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for warranty return. Warranty on the item(s) becomes null and void.
- Returns without a valid Authorization number (RMA #) will be returned back to sender.
- Any jewelry items received after the 30 day period will not be accepted for warranty. Please see our Jewelry Services page for details.
- Sitaragem is not responsible for shipping, handling and insurance charges for shipping the returned item to us. Any shipping charges incurred, are not refundable.
- Warranty returns are excluded from our free shipping policy. A shipping fee will be due before returns are shipped.
- Sitaragem will not be held responsible for any loss or defect resulting from an unauthorized jeweler's repair work. Warranty on the item(s) becomes null and void.
- Any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or non-insured packages will be returned to sender.
- The warranty on repair work we perform on jewelry purchased at Sitaragem will be limited exclusively to the work done. (For example: If we repair a broken prong on a ring, then our 30 day repair Warranty will be limited to that single prong, not the whole ring or the other prongs that we did not replace and/or repair.)
- The warranty does not include loss, theft, negligence, abuse, disappearance or loss of the optical properties of brilliance and fire due to incidental or intentional damage such as scraping, breakage or chipping.
- All Gemstones are individually checked and then shipped in a sealed package. Removing the seal from the package voids any return if the gemstone show signs of damage and abuse in any way.
