"Hi Nancy! I'm sure that you've heard by now that Sandy absolutly loved her SitaraGem. I was quite impressed with it as well...it is definitley tough to tell them apart from natural diamond, even if you are a gemologist with training. If you dont use a diamond tester I dont think there are many who could distinguish between the two."
